Organoleptic properties

Deep straw with greenish hues. Delicate bouquet of white flowers, lime and grapefruit. Medium-bodied, with perfectly balanced freshness and acidity, and a distinctive bitter finish, reminiscent of almonds.

Food pairing and serving temperature

Vermentino does wonders with fish-based first courses, ricotta-and-sinach ravioli, pumpkin risotto, carbonara, and pasta with pesto. An excellent pairing for white meats, seafood, salmon, oily fish and grilled vegetables.

Campagnatico (GR) – Toscana. Sandy-skeletal soil.
